1901
CREDITO ITALIANO BUILDING

Designed in 1902 by Luigi Broggi to host the headquarters of Credito Italiano, today the building is a delightful example of eclectic style and soft geometry. The spectacular façade its impressive spaces, make visitors speechless.

1903
MAGAZZINI CONTRATTI BUILDING

The building was built as to host the Magazzini Contratti, one of the first great department stores in Milan. The building remains a great example of Art Nouveau architecture, reflecting the buzzing atmosphere of the early twentieth century. Inside, the building will house open spaces to make great business, create compelling stories, find inspiration, socialise and relax.

AN EXTENSION OF THE CREDITO ITALIANO BLOCK

Rooted in tradition but with a modern touch, a constant dialogue between history and the present: Architect Giovanni Muzio designed the final block, which will be dedicated to creating a lifestyle that is exclusive, contemporary and imbued with the charm of an avant-garde city.
